Ready to help elect two Independents for Collective Power to Allegheny County Council?
Carl Redwood and Sam Schmidt are both Independent, socialist, and Pittsburgh DSA endorsed candidates running for a shared vision of putting people over profits in Allegheny County.
They are united in their belief that capitalism is the problem, and socialism is the solution. They believe the crises Allegheny County faces – housing, food access, union busting, pollution, and climate change — are caused by a system where our right to basic needs for survival is violated if we can’t afford them — and where our County prioritizes those who run corporations, or profit from them.
Sam and Carl are truly committed to campaigns of, by, and for the people. They have put that commitment into action at the very heart of their campaigns by pledging to refuse money from corporate PACs, police unions, fossil fuel interests, health insurance interests, and developers.
Donations made here will be split evenly between Carl and Sam’s campaigns and our work to elect them.
